Okay, so here we go! What a great night! Some awesome routines for sure!! I did miss seeing the rehearsal videos thought. I like seeing them w/ the choreographers and what they go through. I think it would have been good especially since we have new partners this time … but oh well. The individual packages about each dancer were nice … some very sweet! Here are my thoughts ….
Dancers: Noelle & Ryan
Dance: Hip Hop by Tabitha and Napoleon
Amanda’s Thoughts: Very sexy routine. I really liked this. I’m not a Ryan fan (and never had been, he looks like a very weird Hugh Jackman to me....). I love do Noelle – I think she’s an amazing dancer and she showed how great she is tonight – technically and sexually (ha!)! Another great routine from NappyTabs!!
Dancers: Ashleigh & Legacy
Dance: Contemporary by Gary Stewart
Amanda’s Thoughts: Wow … what a routine. It was like watching a musical version of “The Matrix”. Not my favorite routine to date but I really enjoyed it and liked their chemistry. However that AMAZING headstand Legacy did at the end … one of the most amazing things I have seen in SYTYCD history! Wow!!!
**Mollee’s solo to Rock the Beat by LM*AO – Loved the song and loved her routine. She’s such a beautiful dancer. I personally think she is kicking ass and taking names. Seriously … so very underestimated. Age ain’t nothin’ but a number – b!tch!! (ha!)
**Russell’s solo to Outros by Black Milk – LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Russell!!!! His personality, his smile, his dancing – seriously, the entire package right here!!!
Dancers: Kathryn & Nathan
Dance: Broadway
Amanda’s Thoughts: Two of my favorite dancers this season. Wish they got something a bit more exciting than Broadway but this was fun. I thought they both did a great job. Nathan is such an amazing dancer, as is Kathryn.
**Noelle’s solo to Every Time It Rains by Charlotte Martin – Love her. Beautiful dancer. So quite … yet captivating. Loved it!

Dance: Quick step by Tony and Meredith
Amanda’s Thoughts: LOVED these two! Not a quickstep fan but I think they did great!! Jakob’s lines were a bit better than Ellenore but that is kind of a given! Ellenore is so great … and beautiful!!
**Ryan’s solo to Rock You Like A Hurricane by Scorpians – Okay, sorry but where in the hell did he get that shirt … The Limited Too? Seriously. Yes, you have great shoulders … but wear some normal sexy man clothes. Ugh. Not a fan, sorry. His solo was better than in previous weeks but still - not my cup of tea. I think he’s sliding by b/c he’s such a good partner. I’m kind of ready for him to go home.
**Kathryn’s solo to Beautiful by Bethany Dillon – Adorable outfit, great routine. She is such a beautiful dancer. Just gorgeous!

Dance: Lyrical Jazz by Mandy
Amanda’s Thoughts: OMG … what an awesome partnership. These two are amazing together! They bring out something so fantastic in the other!! Wow! Mandy
**Nathan’s solo to Golden Train Justin Nozuka – Hmmm … I’m a BIG Nathan fan. I think he is amazing. But, he was so serious. I think Nigel has beat him down – seriously. I think he has destroyed his confidence. He ripped him (and Mollee for that matter) for being so young and acting young (hello-they are 18!) so he is scared to show any emotion – a laugh, a smile … as it will be taken the wrong way. I mean, Nigel said he wanted to send him home last week. This poor boy (who is amazing by the way) is so scared I don’t think he knows what to do and I feel terrible for him b/c he truly is an amazing dancer. Ugh. Sorry – soap box ….

Amanda’s Thoughts: This was B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L.!!! Amazing. Awesome. Enough said!
**Ellenore’s solo to Beatbox Harmonica – Oh, how I love her! Amazing. Quirky and technically awesome! She is such a great dancer! Love her … love, love, love her!!

Amanda’s Thoughts: (N) I didn’t feel it. The musicality wasn’t there. It just didn’t sit in the groove. (M) It didn’t really work for me, either. (A) It wasn’t challenging enough. It could have been taken up a notch.

Dance: Rumba by Tony and Melanie
Amanda’s Thoughts: Nathan’s face was a bit serious but I loved this routine. I think Nathan did an amazing job dancing. He looked like he was meant to do this kind of dancing. His lines and his posture … wow! And Kathryn, of course, was stunning. I really liked this one.
**Legacy’s solo to No Air – Wow … wow, wow, wow! He ceases to amaze me – seriously. Nobody thought he would get this far or be this good. I will be the first to admit I didn’t. In fact, I thought his solos during the auditions were nothing special. He is getting better and better every week (P.S. His brother looks like a porn star … lol!).

Amanda’s Thoughts: Sonya is a choreography GOD!!! Omg – wow! How awesome was that? And the ending .. are you kidding me. Oh … this was awesome. Pure awesomeness!!!!
**Ashleigh’s solo to Batucada Por Favor – Very sexy. Nice hip shaking. What a dress. The lipstick was a bit much but she is growing on me for sure!! I like her much more than her hubby though!

Dance: Jive by Anya and Pasha
Amanda’s Thoughts: Yeah for Anya and Pasha and yeah for the jive!! What an awesome ending to the show. Seriously, these two are amazing together. I was worried Mollee might leave us this week but I’m not sure anymore?! Wow!!!
**Jakob’s solo to Always Midnight – His lines are sick!! Wow. He reminds me of Travis Wall. Such a beautiful dancer!
Okay, wow!! What a night. I have NO idea who could go home tomorrow. I hate it when it gets to the Top 10!!! Argh. Honestly, if I had to send someone home my first pick would by Ryan. I’m just not a fan of his and I don’t think he offers as much as the other boys. I think Nathan could be in trouble as much as I don’t want him to be. I think his routines might have hurt him tonight … sigh.
As for the girls – oh my – I have no idea. I love Noelle but I think she sometimes falls behind the shadows because she is so quite. She is an amazing dancer and by no means do I think she should go home but some of the girls just outshine her personality. Last week I would have said Mollee might have went home but she danced her ass off tonight…and her and Russell had some amazing routines and chemistry.
So, clearly – I have no idea who is going home?
